Delivery Receipt
- Products are delivered with cash on delivery or prepaid

- Prior notification is required for delivery through a representative
Failed Delivery
- 3 delivery attempts will be made
- Failed deliveries are kept at the branch for 7 days
- After 7 days, the product is returned to us

Customs and Tax
- Customs duty belongs to the recipient

Damage and Missing Items
- Do not accept delivery if the cargo arrives damaged
- Report the damage to the cargo company with a report
- Contact our customer service within 48 hours
Return Conditions
- Products to be returned must be in their original packaging
- Return shipping cost belongs to the customer (except for defective products)
- Return process must be completed within 14 days
Delivery on Special Days
- No cargo delivery on official holidays
- Additional charges may apply for weekend delivery
- Delays may occur on special days due to high order volume
