Address Information

  • Complete and accurate address information must be provided
  • Your phone number must be active
  • It is recommended that you be at your address during delivery

Delivery Receipt

  • Products are delivered with cash on delivery or prepaid
  • Identity verification may be required
  • Prior notification is required for delivery through a representative

Failed Delivery

  • 3 delivery attempts will be made
  • Failed deliveries are kept at the branch for 7 days
  • After 7 days, the product is returned to us

  • Other Countries: 10-20 business days

Customs and Tax

  • Customs duty belongs to the recipient
  • Customs procedures may affect delivery time

Damage and Missing Items

  • Do not accept delivery if the cargo arrives damaged
  • Report the damage to the cargo company with a report
  • Contact our customer service within 48 hours

Return Conditions

  • Products to be returned must be in their original packaging
  • Return shipping cost belongs to the customer (except for defective products)
  • Return process must be completed within 14 days

Delivery on Special Days

  • No cargo delivery on official holidays
  • Additional charges may apply for weekend delivery
